Honey Homes is hiring experienced handymen in the North Bay for a dedicated territory of 40-50 homes. Steady, well-paid work with predictable hours and no weekends.

Schedule & Time Off

• Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm (no nights, weekends, required overtime, or on-call)

Responsibilities

• Perform residential home repair and maintenance tasks across multiple trades:
  • Carpentry (doors, trim, framing, repairs)
  • Painting and drywall patching
  • Plumbing (toilets, faucets, minor pipe repairs)
  • Electrical (fixtures, outlets, small wiring tasks)
  • Smart home device installation
• Manage a territory of 40-50 residential homes, providing maintenance and building relationships with homeowners
• Deliver outstanding customer service and become the trusted handyman for each home
• Use the company app to track jobs, tasks, and schedules

Requirements

• 5+ years of handyman or multi-trade experience
• Skilled across multiple trade areas, with experience learning from carpenters, drywallers, painters, plumbers, and electricians
• Prior work as a maintenance technician, carpenter, plumber, or electrician strongly preferred
• Experience in residential home repair and upkeep across multiple trades
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills; ability to independently assess and fix most home issues
• Attention to detail (clean caulk lines, professional patching, and painting)
• Customer-friendly attitude: great listener, strong communicator, proactive
• Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and tools
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly (with or without reasonable accommodation)
• Comfortable working on ladders or scaffolding at heights up to 12 feet
