Handpiece Production Operator

Position Overview

We are Looking for a handpiece production operator to join our team in St. Louis, Missouri. In this position, you will be responsible for building finished dental hygiene tools with the use of multiple machined components and fixtures. Buffing/polishing, or soldering parts. This is an 8-hour shift. Mon-Fri.

Who You'll Work With

This role reports directly into our Production Supervisor but has partnership with the Operation Manager.

What You'll Do

• Maintain Safety and Quality Standards
• Complete required in-process inspection reports
• Accurately record production and inspection data
• Follow all safety and standard operating procedures
• Become familiar with ISO, FDA, and other applicable regulatory standards
• Support team and production operations
• Complete required production documentation and maintain a clean, organized workspace
• Support cross-training, and adapt to a regulation lean manufacturing environment
• Participate in continuous improvement processes
