Hand/Upper Extremity Physician

About the Role

This position involves performing core hand and upper extremity surgical procedures, with an expected volume of 500-600 cases annually and growth potential. The role offers an opportunity to build a busy, high-volume practice and expand regional access to specialty care in a collaborative, community-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Tendon and nerve repair
• Fracture fixation
• Carpal and cubital tunnel release
• Trigger finger release
• Thumb CMC arthroplasty
• Wrist arthroscopy
• Ligament reconstruction
• Deformity correction
• Selected shoulder and elbow surgeries

Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.)
• Valid, unrestricted medical license in Georgia
• Board Eligible or Certified preferred
• Valid DEA certificate
• Experience in outpatient practice preferred
