Hampton Inn & Suites Athens I-65 Huntsville Area - Complimentary AM Attendant

Schedule

Two days a week, roughly 12 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth, answer questions about hotel amenities and breakfast options, and provide local attraction recommendations.
• Prepare and serve breakfast items while maintaining food safety and cleanliness standards.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked dining and service areas according to brand standards.
• Clear tables promptly and refresh buffet stations efficiently.
• Anticipate guest needs, handle special requests, and resolve issues with professionalism.
• Assist with various tasks such as dishwashing, restocking, and tidying up as needed.
• Remain energetic and professional during shifts, including lifting and carrying items (20–50 lbs.).

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in food & beverage or hospitality is a plus.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
