Hamilton Production Supervisor Electrical

About the role

Responsible for supervising and managing electrical operations within the production facility. Ensures adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily electrical maintenance tasks to ensure equipment operates efficiently and safely.
• Coordinate with engineers and technicians to resolve complex electrical issues.
• Train and mentor new employees on electrical systems and safety procedures.
• Develop and implement safety training programs for the team.
• Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems to identify potential hazards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical production supervision.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Experience with OSHA regulations and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in troubleshooting electrical systems.
