Freshly Printed: The Role

You will play a vital role in ensuring each project is produced accurately and to the highest quality standards. This position is responsible for:

• Carefully reviewing job tickets
• Selecting the correct paper weight
• Mixing ink as needed
• Maintaining precise image quality and registration throughout the production process
• Helping maintain a clean, organized workspace

From Set up to Finish: Your Role in the Process

Follow all established company and departmental policies, procedures, and production standards.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment
• Promptly report any unsafe conditions to the appropriate personnel
• Comply with all safety guidelines and always demonstrate safe work practices
• Show reliability through consistent attendance and punctuality
• Carefully follow written instructions on the job ticket to meet customer requirements and support on-time delivery
• Enter data into computer systems to accurately record time, materials, and costs

The Fine Print: What You Need to Succeed

• High school diploma or equivalent; one to two years of recent related experience and/or training preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
• Good mathematical skills to compute percentages, weights, and measurements
• Basic computer skills to enter data for time, materials, and costs
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and perform pulling, pushing, reaching, stooping, and standing activities for the entirety of the shift
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
• Ability to participate in shift rotations

Your Production Schedule

• Day Shift: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
• Overtime may be required
