We must not repeat job title as heading. Use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to map content accordingly. We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. Let's extract: Job Overview: description of role, independent work, retailer relationships, etc. Could be "About the role". Responsibilities: "Your Role And Responsibilities Will Include" includes day-to-day engagement, holiday support, department resets, one team vision. Requirements: maybe "Physical Requirements" and "Basic Qualifications". Could combine as Requirements. Qualifications: maybe "Basic Qualifications" as Qualifications. Skills: maybe not explicit; we could omit if no specific skills listed beyond ability to operate device, etc. Could include under Qualifications. Benefits: "Hallmark part time employees are offered voluntary benefits that include medical, dental, vision etc." Also later repeated: "Part-time employees with a work schedule less than 30 hours have access to a variety of voluntary benefits through Voluntary Benefits including dental, vision, critical illness, accident insurance, hospital indemnity and minimum essential coverage (preventive care)." Also "We provide paid training". Also "Eligible Employees receive annual pay increases." So benefits section. We must not include headings with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must not include Job ID etc. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's craft:

About the role

As a Merchandiser, you'll work independently to showcase organization and time management skills, establish retailer relationships, and be the face of Hallmark. You'll collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement, maintain inventory levels, and support fellow team members with seasonal resets and installations when needed. Occasionally you may work with other companies' products in the stores you service.

Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day engagement: Using a Hallmark‑provided mobile device, restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark inventory inside and outside the Hallmark department; use technology for communication, time reporting, feedback, and surveys; interact professionally with store employees, management, and customers.
  • Holiday support: Work additional days and extended hours leading up to and following holidays such as Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas; may be required to work on the actual holiday, including weekends.
  • Department resets: Participate in installations, building and installing Hallmark fixtures, relocating card departments and products, and resetting card sections; typically notified two weeks in advance, possibly evenings or weekends.
  • One Team Vision: Support other merchandisers in your territory as needed as part of Hallmark’s field organization network.

Requirements

  • Physically demanding role requiring high energy and urgency; work on selling floor and back stockrooms.
  • Ability to consistently push, pull, lift, and carry cartons, merchandise, and display fixtures up to 30 lb throughout the workday and up to 50 lb occasionally.
  • Required to kneel, squat, walk, stand, and may need to climb stairs and step ladders.

Qualifications

  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Ability to read, write, and understand English.
  • Ability to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 lb frequently and 50 lb occasionally.
  • Ability to operate a digital hand‑held device to open, read documents, and interpret information.
  • Access to Wi‑Fi and the internet.
  • Consistent transportation to travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled.

Benefits

  • Paid training delivered through live, hands‑on instruction and virtual classroom training.
  • Voluntary benefits for part‑time employees (less than 30 hours/week) including medical, dental, vision, critical illness, accident insurance, hospital indemnity, and minimum essential coverage (preventive care).
  • Eligible employees receive annual pay increases.

Pay

Starting hourly pay rate: $16.90 – $18.90 per hour, based on skills and experience.

Schedule

Part‑time position with a variable schedule; average weekly hours 8‑12. Availability required the week before and after major holidays (may include weekends) and to support season changeovers, extended services, installations, and inventory support.

We must ensure no duplicated content. Also ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like EEO, legal, etc. We removed those. Check if any content missing: The job overview also mentions "You will collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement and maintain inventory levels as well as support fellow team members with seasonal resets and installations, when needed." Already covered in responsibilities. Also mention "On occasion you may have the opportunity to work with other products from other companies in the stores that you service." Included in About the role. Also "Hallmark part time employees are offered voluntary benefits that include medical, dental, vision etc." covered. Also "Eligible Employees receive annual pay increases." covered. Also "We provide paid training, delivered through live, hands-on instruction as well as virtual classroom training." covered. Also "Prior to applying, watch our merchandisers in action." That's a call to action; we should remove as it's application instruction? It's not a requirement but maybe considered boilerplate? The instruction says remove application instructions. So we should not include that line. Also "Now's your chance to Make Your Mark—just follow the instructions below to apply." Remove. Also "You must show how you meet the basic qualifications in a resume or document you upload, or by completing the work experience and education application fields." Remove. Also "Accepted file types are DOCX and PDF." Remove. Also "In compliance with the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986..." Remove. Also "Hallmark does not generally provide sponsorship for employment." Remove. Also "Employment by Hallmark is contingent upon the signing of the Employment Agreement..." Remove. Also "Hallmark is an equal opportunity employer..." Remove. Also "Principals only please." Remove. Also the marketing paragraph about Hallmark's mission: Could be considered boilerplate? It's not a legal/EEO but it's generic marketing. The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The mission statement might be considered not boilerplate but could be considered fluff. However it's substantive about company culture. Might be okay to keep? The instruction says "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." It's not a standard heading; we could include as part of About the role maybe. But we already have About the role covering role description. Could add a paragraph about Hallmark's mission. However the instruction says "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." The mission statement is not metadata; it's about company. Could be included as part of About the role. But we already have About the role paragraph; we could append a sentence about Hallmark's mission. However we must preserve ALL substantive information; we cannot invent or summarize away detail. The mission statement is substantive? It's about company values. Might be considered filler but it's still part of posting. The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The mission statement is not those. So we should keep it. Thus we can add a paragraph after About the role: "For over 100 years, Hallmark has helped people connect and strengthen the relationships that matter most. We’re building the next century of connection. We are looking for people who bring fresh ideas, energy, and care to their work. At Hallmark, you’ll feel welcome from day one, supported as you grow, and part of a culture rooted in care and inclusion." We need to ensure not to duplicate. Let's incorporate that into About the role section. Now check for any other substantive content: "Physical Requirements" we captured. "Basic Qualifications" we captured. Also note "Part-time employees with a work schedule less than 30 hours have access to a variety of voluntary benefits through Voluntary Benefits including dental, vision, critical illness, accident insurance, hospital indemnity and minimum essential coverage (preventive care)." Already captured. Also "Hallmark part time employees are offered voluntary benefits that include medical, dental, vision etc." captured. Also "We provide paid training..." captured. Also "Eligible Employees receive annual pay increases." captured. Also "Your starting hourly pay rate will be $16.90 - $18.90 per hour depending on your skills and experience." captured. Also "This is a Part-Time position with a variable schedule during the work week.Average weekly hours for this position are between 8 - 12 hours per week.Availability the week before and after major holidays, which may include weekends is required. Availability to support season changeovers, extended services, installations, and inventory support." captured. Also "On occasion you may have the opportunity to work with other products from other companies in the stores that you service." captured. Also "You are responsible for the entire Hallmark product display at your assigned stores." Not captured explicitly; we have responsibility for day-to-day engagement includes restock, organize, monitor inventory; but we could add a bullet about being responsible for entire Hallmark product display. Let's add to Responsibilities bullet: "You are responsible for the entire Hallmark product display at your assigned stores." Also "The use of technology is critical in this role, for the day-to-day work as well as communication with your supervisor, reporting time, providing feedback, and answering surveys for required merchandising activities." Already in bullet. Also "Professional and courteous interaction with store employees, management, and customers is also vital for success in this role." Already. Also "On occasions like Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Father's Day, you may be required to work on the actual holiday itself, which may include the weekend." Already. Also "Department Resets: At times, you may be part of a team responsible for installations and various tasks like building and installing Hallmark fixtures, relocating card departments and products, as well as resetting card sections. Typically, you will be notified two weeks in advance for remodel assignments. This could include evenings or weekend." Already. Also "One Team Vision: As part of Hallmark's field organization, you are part of a network of merchandisers professionals that often times will support other team members as needed in their territories." Already. Also "Physical Requirements This is a physically demanding job that requires a high level of energy and a sense of urgency. You will be working on the selling floor as well as in back stockrooms. You must be able
