On-Site Responsibilities

• Restock, organize, and monitor the inventory of Hallmark products within and outside the Hallmark department using a mobile device provided by Hallmark.
• Communicate with your supervisor, report time, provide feedback, and complete required merchandising activities through surveys.
• Engage professionally and courteously with store employees, management, and customers.
• Ensure the entire Hallmark product display at your assigned stores is maintained.

Holiday Support

• Support Hallmark's operations during major holidays such as Valentine's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
• Be prepared to work on the actual holiday if required, which may include weekends.

Department Resets

• Part of a team responsible for installations and tasks like building and installing Hallmark fixtures, relocating card departments and products, and resetting card sections.
• Notified two weeks in advance for remodel assignments.

One Team Vision

• Support other team members in their territories as needed.

Physical Requirements

• High level of energy and sense of urgency.
• Work on the selling floor and in back stockrooms.
• Push, pull, lift, and carry cartons, merchandise, and display fixtures up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Kneel, squat, walk, and stand throughout the workday.
• May be required to climb stairs and step ladders.

Basic Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Able to read, write, and understand English.
• Able to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Able to operate a digital hand-held device to open and read documents and interpret information.
• Access to a Wi-Fi network and the internet.
• Access to consistent transportation to travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled.

Salaries and Schedule Details

• Starting hourly pay rate is $13.00- $15.00 per hour depending on skills and experience.
• Provides paid training through live, hands-on instruction as well as virtual classroom training.
• Voluntary benefits include medical, dental, vision, critical illness, accident insurance, hospital indemnity, and minimum essential coverage (preventive care).
• Eligible employees receive annual pay increases.
• This is a Part-Time position with a variable schedule during the work week.
• Average weekly hours for this position are between 10 - 18 hours per week.
• Availability the week before and after major holidays, which may include weekends is required.
• Availability to support season changeovers, extended services, installations, and inventory support is required.
