Are you ready to Make Your Mark with Hallmark? SALARY AND SCHEDULE DETAILS Your starting hourly pay rate will be $15.50-$16.50 per hour depending on your skills and experience. We provide paid training, delivered through live, hands-on instruction as well as virtual classroom training. Hallmark part time employees are offered voluntary benefits that include medical, dental, vision etc. Eligible Employees receive annual pay increases.

Your Role And Responsibilities

• Perform service work in the Hallmark department of various retail stores such as grocery stores, drug stores, department stores, and mass retailers.
• Utilize a mobile device provided by Hallmark to restock, organize, and monitor the inventory of Hallmark products within and outside the Hallmark department.
• Communicate with your supervisor, report time, provide feedback, and answer surveys for required merchandising activities.
• Engage professionally and courteously with store employees, management, and customers.
• Support the entire Hallmark product display at your assigned stores.
• Participate in holiday support, including additional days and extended hours during the work week leading up to and following holidays such as Valentine's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
• Assist in department resets, including installations and various tasks like building and installing Hallmark fixtures, relocating card departments and products, and resetting card sections.
• Support other team members as needed in their territories as part of Hallmark's field organization.

Physical Requirements

• High level of energy and a sense of urgency.
• Working on the selling floor and in back stockrooms.
• Consistently pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying cartons, merchandise, and display fixtures up to 30 pounds throughout the workday and up to 50 pounds on occasion.
• Kneeling, squatting, walking, and standing throughout the workday.
• May be required to climb stairs and step ladders.

Basic Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Able to read, write, and understand English.
• Able to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Able to operate a digital hand-held device to open and read documents and interpret information.
• Access to a Wi-Fi network and the internet.
• Access to consistent transportation to travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled.
