Your Role And Responsibilities

• Perform service work in the Hallmark department of various retail stores such as grocery stores, drug stores, department stores, and mass retailers.
• Utilize a mobile device provided by Hallmark to restock, organize, and monitor the inventory of Hallmark products within and outside the Hallmark department.
• Communicate with your supervisor, report time, provide feedback, and answer surveys for required merchandising activities.
• Engage professionally and courteously with store employees, management, and customers.
• Ensure the entire Hallmark product display at your assigned stores is maintained.
• Support fellow team members with seasonal resets and installations, when needed.

SALARY AND SCHEDULE DETAILS

Your starting pay will be between $13.00 - $15.00 depending on your skills and experience. This is a Part-Time position with a variable schedule during the work week. Average weekly hours for this position are between 6 - 12 hours per week. Availability the week before and after major holidays, which may include weekends, is required.

Physical Requirements

• High level of energy and a sense of urgency.
• Working on the selling floor and in back stockrooms.
• Pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying cartons, merchandise, and display fixtures up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Kneeling, squatting, walking, and standing throughout the workday.
• May be required to climb stairs and step ladders.

Basic Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Able to read, write, and understand English.
• Able to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Able to operate a digital hand-held device to open and read documents and interpret information.
• Access to a Wi-Fi network and the internet.
• Access to consistent transportation to travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled.
