Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience, with at least 4 years in a leading role.

Responsibilities

• Manage production as per plan, ensuring compliance with SOPs and safety protocols.
• Drive initiatives to enhance plant efficiency and optimize utilization of resources to maintain a favorable cost of sales.
• Ensure the readiness of production capacity by leading the effective maintenance of plant, equipment, and manufacturing facility.
• Lead processes to strengthen internal controls, systems, and commercial viability of factory operations.
