Hairstylist/Cosmetologist

About the role

Mo’Looks Beauty is looking for motivated, talented, and professional Hairstylists and Estheticians/Wax Specialists to join our growing salon team. We offer flexible scheduling, commission-based pay, tips, and hands-on training to help you improve your skills and grow your clientele.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality hair or waxing services to clients
• Participate in hands-on training and skill development
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workstation
• Provide excellent customer service
• Communicate professionally with clients
• Follow salon policies and sanitation guidelines
• Maintain appointment availability
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Arrive on time and be dependable for scheduled appointments

Skills & Qualifications

• Licensed cosmetologist or esthetician, as required for your service
• Experience preferred, but willingness to learn is important
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Professional and dependable
• Ability to work independently
• Passionate about the beauty industry
• Clean and organized
• Positive attitude and willingness to grow
• Open to hands-on training and learning new techniques

Pay

$13.00 – $18.00 per hour
