About the role
- $1,000 sign-on bonus for full-time barbers/cosmetologists
- 60% commission – one of the highest in the industry
- $200 to $600 daily earnings (documented proof available)
- $20/hour guaranteed base + tips while building your client book
- Store performance bonuses – teamwork earns extra cash
Schedule
- Short weekends: Saturday 9 AM–5 PM, Sunday 9 AM–3 PM
- All major holidays off: Easter, Mother’s Day, Memorial Day weekend, 4th of July, Labor Day weekend, early Halloween close
- Christmas & New Year’s off
- Day and evening shifts available
Requirements
- Michigan-licensed Barber or Cosmetologist
- Fading wizardry and straight razor skills (bonus points)
- Great with people – ability to chat, listen, and make clients laugh
- Upsell additional services with a smile
- Flexible and ready to work with clippers (newly licensed welcome – we provide training)
- Ability to commute or relocate to Troy, MI 48083 before starting work
