• Offer a superior client experience through proactive problem-solving and decision-making

Requirements

• Maintain a current cosmetology license in the state of employment
• Self-motivated and able to build a strong fan base
• Willingness to work flexible hours and set one’s own service pricing
• Ability to work collaboratively with the salon team
• Passionate about the beauty industry and committed to providing excellent customer service

Qualifications

• Current cosmetology license in the state of employment
• Results-driven, able to solve problems and make smart decisions
• Ownership-focused, providing great customer service and building positive relationships
• Intensity-driven, proactive in improving the customer experience and acting with energy and urgency
