Responsibilities

• Determine client needs and provide top-notch styling services including cuts, finishes, and chemical treatments.
• Build a loyal client base through exceptional service and communication.
• Partner effectively with the salon team to enhance overall service delivery.
• Adapt to flexible scheduling and set your own service prices.
• Participate in artistic training and earn up to $1,000 in bonuses for qualified candidates.
• Engage in client acquisition programs tailored for Master Designer and above levels.

Requirements

• Maintain a current cosmetology license in your state of application.
• Show self-motivation and a passion for the beauty industry.
• Have excellent people skills and be able to build positive relationships.
• Be open to continuous learning and improvement.

Qualifications

• License: Current cosmetology license required.
• Results Orientation: Solve problems, make smart decisions, and drive sales, profit, or customer service.
• Ownership: Provide great customer service, cooperate, build positive relationships, and take responsibility for actions and outcomes.
