Compensation

• $1000 Sign-on Bonus
• $300 Tool Credit
• Base wages: Part time-$15, Full time restrict-$16, Full time flex-$18
• Product commissions on top of base wages
• Tips averaging around $6 per customer

Qualifications

• Cosmetology License and/or Barber License (licensing requirements vary by state/province)
• The passion to build genuine connections with customers and provide GREAT haircuts
• The desire to deliver a consistent Great Clips® brand experience (training is provided)
• The ability to work with teammates to develop a supportive and positive salon vibe
