Responsibilities

• Provide professional styling services, including the latest cuts, finishing, and top chemical services.
• Determine client needs to ensure a superior client experience.
• Build and maintain a loyal client fan base.
• Partner with salon team members to foster a collaborative environment.
• Participate in a learning environment to stay updated with industry trends.

Requirements

• Maintain a current cosmetology license in the state you are applying.
• Demonstrate self-motivation and a passion for the beauty industry.
• Exhibit strong people skills and the ability to build relationships.
• Show flexibility and a willingness to adapt to a dynamic environment.

Pay

Pay Range: USD $18.00/Hr.

In addition to a competitive wage, this position offers commission pay designed to reward personal achievement and contribution to success.
