Responsibilities

• Determine client needs and provide services including the latest cuts, finishes, and chemical treatments.
• Build a fan base through self-motivation and partnership with the salon team.
• Respond to client expectations with timely interaction and active listening.
• Ensure superior customer service and cooperation with colleagues.
• Proactively improve the customer experience and take responsibility for actions and outcomes.

Requirements

• Maintain a current cosmetology license in the state of employment.
• Be able to solve problems, make smart decisions, and drive sales, profit, or customer service.
• Execute work efficiently and inspire strong performance in oneself and others.
• Provide great customer service, build positive relationships, and take accountability for actions and outcomes.
• Show confidence, courage, and energy to improve the customer experience.

Qualifications

• License: Current cosmetology license required.
