The team is rooted in a family‑oriented community where dads bring sons and longtime clients return on a three‑to‑four‑week cycle. With 70% of clients rebooking before they leave, you’ll be maintaining a book rather than rebuilding it each month. Because the owner lives locally, decisions about your schedule, chair, and pay are made right here in Nolensville.

Responsibilities

• Stay behind the chair while the front desk handles booking, phones, and check‑in.
• Bring your best self and tools; product, laundry, and station supplies are provided.
• Participate in continuing education with our master barber.

Requirements

• Active Tennessee barber or cosmetology license (or graduating and licensed before your start date).
• New graduates welcome.
• Solid clipper work, fades, beard, and color services.

Benefits
