Responsibilities

• Determine client needs and provide top-notch styling services including cuts, finishes, and chemical treatments.
• Build a loyal client base through exceptional service and communication.
• Work collaboratively with the salon team to enhance overall service delivery.
• Adapt to flexible scheduling and set your own service prices.
• Participate in artistic training and earn up to $1,000 in bonuses for qualified candidates.
• Engage in client acquisition programs and explore diverse career paths for Master Designers and above.

Requirements

• Maintain a current cosmetology license in the state of employment.
• Self-motivated and able to build a strong client base.
• Flexible and willing to learn and adapt within a professional setting.
• Show a passion for the beauty industry and excellent people skills.

Qualifications

• License: Current cosmetology license required.
• Results: Ability to solve problems, make smart decisions, and drive sales, profit, or customer service.
• Ownership: Provide great customer service, build positive relationships, and take responsibility for actions and outcomes.
• Intensity: Proactively improve the customer experience, show confidence, and act with energy and urgency.
