Responsibilities

• Provide professional styling services to clients
• Build a loyal client base through exceptional service and communication
• Collaborate with the salon team to enhance client experiences
• Adapt to flexible scheduling and set your own service prices
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences
• Offer a wide range of services including haircuts, finishing, and chemical treatments

Requirements

• Maintain a current cosmetology license in the state of employment
• Self-motivated and able to build a strong fan base
• Willing to work in a team-oriented environment
• Show a passion for the beauty industry and people skills

Qualifications

• License: Current cosmetology license required
• Results: Ability to solve problems, make smart decisions, and drive sales, profit, or customer service
• Ownership: Provide excellent customer service, cooperate, build positive relationships, and take responsibility for actions and outcomes
• Intensity: Proactively improve the customer experience, act confidently and courageously, and demonstrate energy and urgency

Pay

The pay range for this position is USD $11.00/Hr - USD $16.00/Hr.
