• Determine client needs and provide top-notch styling services including cuts, finishes, and chemical treatments.

• Work collaboratively with the salon team to enhance overall service delivery.
• Adapt to flexible scheduling to meet the demands of both clients and the salon.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to stay updated with the latest trends and techniques.
• Engage proactively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Drive sales and profitability by making informed decisions and executing tasks efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service and foster a positive, inclusive, and respectful workplace environment.
• Take ownership of your actions and outcomes, showing confidence and courage to improve the customer experience.
• Show energy and urgency in achieving goals and improving the salon's offerings.

Requirements

• Maintain a current cosmetology license in the state of employment.
• Self-motivated and able to build a strong client base.
• Flexible and willing to adapt to a variety of schedules.
• Passionate about the beauty industry and eager to learn and grow.

Qualifications

• License: Current cosmetology license in the state of employment.
• Results: Ability to solve problems, make smart decisions, and drive sales, profit, or customer service.
