About the role

Join an award-winning "Best Places to Work" 9 years in a row at Kenneth's Hair Salons and Day Spas! We are expanding our Hair Stylist base and looking to add fun, passionate, and motivated stylists to our growing family of technicians!

Responsibilities

• Teach by our education team and assigned mentors to deliver the highest level of service that Kenneth's is known for.
• Hands-on program including live models and assisting top stylists in the company.
• Live in one of our 9 salons across the Columbus area following completion of all levels of the training program.
• Continuing education provided constantly to stay updated on the hottest trends.
• Coach to make a six-figure income as one of our newly licensed Hair Stylists.
• Flexible 3, 4, or 5 day schedules after successful completion of the Apprentice Program.
• Part time schedules are offered after one year of being behind your chair at your forever salon.

Requirements

• Experience as a Hair Stylist.
• Passion for the beauty industry.
• Willingness to learn and grow professionally.

Qualifications

• Licensed Hair Stylist.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Skills

• Proficiency in various hair styling techniques.
• Knowledge of current hair care products and trends.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
