About the role
- Provide cutting, coloring, styling, and hair-care services tailored to each client.
- Consult with clients to understand their goals and educate them on hair care, products, and HairClub solutions.
- Recommend products and services based on individual client needs.
- Build trusted, long-term client relationships and deliver an exceptional experience at every visit.
- Manage appointments effectively while maintaining a professional, welcoming environment.
Requirements
- Current active “worked in state” cosmetology license.
- Strong cutting, coloring, consultation, and communication skills.
- A client-first mindset and confidence recommending products and solutions.
- Strong relationship-building and time-management skills.
- Professionalism, flexibility, and a desire to keep learning.

Pay
Start at $24/hour, with uncapped styling and retail commissions plus commissions on additional HairClub solutions. Average total earnings are approximately $60,000 annually, with top performers earning $80,000+ before gratuities. Gratuities provide an additional earning opportunity.
Schedule
Tuesday through Saturday; closed Sunday and Monday. Flexible options available based on location.
