Responsibilities

• Perform haircuts and deliver excellent customer service
• Listen to customer needs and create genuine connections

Requirements

• Valid Cosmetology or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
• Passion for haircutting and helping customers look and feel their best
• Desire to listen and make a difference through excellent customer service
• Team-oriented attitude and desire to contribute to a great team culture

Schedule

• Weekday shifts: 9:00 A.M.–2:30 P.M. or 2:30 P.M.–7:00 P.M.
• Additional weekday shifts: 10:30 A.M.–5:30 P.M. on Monday, Thursday, and Friday; 1:00 P.M.–6:00 P.M. on Tuesday and Wednesday
• Weekend shifts: 9:00 A.M.–6:00 P.M.
• Additional weekend shift: 10:00 A.M.–5:00 P.M.

Pay

• Base pay: $14 per hour
• Average tips: $7–$8 per haircut at 2–3 haircuts per hour
• Total average pay: $28–$38 per hour
• New stylist bonus: $0.50 per haircut for the first 6 months
