Requirements

To join the Great Clips salon team as a stylist or barber, you’ll need:

• A valid Cosmetology or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
• A passion for haircutting and helping customers look and feel their best
• A desire to listen and make a difference through excellent customer service and genuine connections
• A team-oriented attitude and desire to contribute to a great team culture

Pay

We start your base at a highly competitive $21–$24/hr just for stepping through the door. But we do not stop there! Your total earning potential shoots straight into the stratosphere at $35–$40/hr once you factor in our insane monthly bonus structures, steady foot traffic, and generous client tips.
