Responsibilities

• Deliver great haircuts and help customers look and feel their best
• Provide excellent customer service and genuine connections

Requirements

• A valid Cosmetology or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
• A passion for haircutting
• A desire to listen and make a difference through excellent customer service
• A team-oriented attitude

Pay

$25–$35 per hour average, plus 15% bonus for any retail sales.
