Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality haircuts and exceptional customer service.

• Participate in ongoing training and skill development through Great Clips University (GCU).
• Utilize innovative salon technology, such as Online Check-In and the Great Clips App, to streamline operations.

Requirements

• A valid Cosmetology or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province).
• A passion for haircutting and helping customers.
• Strong customer service skills and a desire to build genuine connections.
• A team-oriented attitude and willingness to contribute to a positive salon culture.
