Pay
Stylists average between $20.00–$21.00 per hour. Productivity bonuses, retail commission, customer return bonuses, and tips (stylists average $6–$18/hour in tips and bonuses) are additional.

Requirements
- A valid Washington State Cosmetology or Barber’s license (requirements vary by state/province)
- A passion for haircutting and helping customers look and feel their best
- A desire to listen, provide excellent customer service, and build genuine connections
- A team-oriented attitude and willingness to contribute to a positive team culture
