About the role

Tambry Ventures is inviting licensed cosmetologists and barbers to become part of a connected team. With competitive wages of $27 – $40 per hour including tips, a pre-established client base, and fantastic product incentives, this opportunity stands out. Base wage for full flex stylists is $18.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality haircuts and styling services
• Provide excellent customer service and build genuine connections with clients
• Collaborate with the salon team to support each other’s success
• Utilize salon technology such as Online Check-In and the Great Clips App to streamline operations

Requirements

• A valid Cosmetology or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
• A passion for haircutting and helping customers look and feel their best
• A desire to listen and make a difference through excellent customer service
• A team-oriented attitude and desire to contribute to a great team culture
