Pay

Effective wage of up to $35 per hour, including guaranteed hourly wages, tips, productivity incentives, and product commissions.

Responsibilities

• Provide GREAT haircuts and build genuine connections with customers
• Deliver a consistent Great Clips® brand experience (training provided)
• Work with teammates to develop a supportive and positive salon vibe

Requirements

• Cosmetology License and/or Barber License (licensing requirements vary by state/province)
• Passion for providing excellent customer service
• Desire to work in a team-oriented environment
