Pay

$60,000 – $80,000 per year

Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania Cosmetology License or other applicable Pennsylvania license permitting the services performed
• Passion for hair styling, beauty, wellness, and exceptional customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
• Willingness to learn Crown & Raine's signature services and treatment protocols
• Previous salon, blowout bar, spa, or head spa experience is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional hair services, including professional blowouts, styling, and hair care treatments
• Perform luxury head spa treatments while providing a relaxing, personalized client experience
• Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate services and retail products
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation in accordance with Pennsylvania salon regulations
• Build strong client relationships that encourage repeat visits, rebooking, and customer loyalty
• Educate clients on hair care, scalp wellness, and recommended at-home products
• Collaborate with team members to maintain Crown & Raine's high standards of service, professionalism, and hospitality
