Hair Stylist and Men’s Barber
About the Role
As a Grooming Specialist at The Gents Place, you are not just a barber or stylist—you are a professional, a host, and a trusted advisor. You will deliver exceptional men's grooming services in a luxury setting, create a 5-star guest experience every visit, build long-term relationships with members, participate in weekly development and coaching, represent a brand rooted in service, and contribute to community outreach and impact.
Who We Are
At The Gents Place, we exist to MAKE A POSITIVE DIFFERENCE, not just cut hair. For over 17 years, we've built the nation's leading luxury barber & business club—and a culture people stay in for years, not months. Our impact includes 60,000+ meals served to homeless Veterans, 5,000+ haircuts provided to the homeless, 15,000+ suits donated to military men and women, and 10+ years of monthly community service. We believe excellence in service and excellence in character go hand in hand.
