Hadoop Administrator

About the Role

This is a Hadoop/Spark Developer position requiring expertise in Spark/scala and Spark streaming development, Hive query development, and Nifi development.

Responsibilities

• Develop Spark/scala and Spark streaming applications
• Develop and optimize Hive queries
• Develop and maintain Nifi workflows
• Work with pig and oozie components
• Manage and administer Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure
• Configure and maintain Windows server administration
• Manage Azure Active Directory and domain services
• Handle network administration including load balancer, firewall, and routing configuration
• Implement automation via runbooks, templates, and PowerShell scripting
