About the role

The Habitation Training Specialist (HTS) is responsible for providing training and support to individuals with disabilities in their homes. The position operates 24 hours per week, including Saturdays and Sundays from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and support to individuals with disabilities in their homes.
• Ensure safety and accessibility in the home environment.
• Document all interactions and progress reports.
• Participate in regular training sessions to maintain competency.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of disability-related issues and resources.
• Passion for improving quality of life for individuals with disabilities.

Skills
