Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Greet every guest with a friendly, welcoming attitude.
• Prepare and serve hot dogs, sausages, and other menu items according to recipes and food safety standards.
• Assemble orders quickly and accurately.
• Handle cash, credit card, and mobile payments accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the cart, equipment, and surrounding service area.
• Stock food, condiments, beverages, and supplies throughout the shift.
• Monitor product quality and ensure food is held at proper temperatures.
• Follow all local health department regulations and food safety guidelines.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including setup, breakdown, cleaning, and inventory.
• Report equipment issues or low inventory to management.
• Promote daily specials and encourage additional sales when appropriate.

Qualifications

• Previous food service or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Food Handler Certification (or ability to obtain one, if required by local regulations).
