H2B Food & Beverage worker

About the role

We seek a highly motivated and customer-oriented F&B worker to join our team. The successful candidate will provide exceptional service to our guests across all Food and Beverage facilities the hotel offers.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take their food and drink orders
• Serve food and beverages to guests
• Prepare itemized checks and accept payments
• Escort guests to tables and serve customers seated at counters
• Set up and clear tables
• Set up banquet events
• Operate a cash register
• Check the identification of patrons to ensure they meet the minimum age requirement for the purchase of alcohol
• Provide guests with the highest quality of service efficiently

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
