Production

• Possess and prospect new clients.
• Quote and sell new business opportunities.
• Identify and cross-sell additional products and services.

Marketing

• Develop marketing plans and strategies with Relationship Executives.
• Coordinate with Relationship Executives to secure the best coverage terms and pricing for clients.

Customer Service

• Provide timely advice and professional counsel to clients.
• Ensure marketing, service, and claims teams meet the client's needs.
• Collect premiums and fees billed, if applicable.

Corporate Citizenship

• Promote and maintain positive client, company, and employee relations.
• Maintain good client, company, and fellow employee relations.
• Promote the company image through civic, social, and business activities.

Product Knowledge

• Build and maintain knowledge of product and service offerings internally and externally.
• Stay updated on industry trends and pursue continuing education.

• The applicable base salary range is $67,500 to $125,800.
