About the Role

As a Visual Keyholder, you contribute to an inspiring, elevated, and consistent customer experience by implementing visual standards and commercial excellence. You will be responsible for executing the visual, commercial, and styling curation according to visual and commercial guidelines for the store. You will also use your trend and competitor awareness to provide colleagues with the correct information, coach, upskill, and develop the store team to contribute to a great customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Customer Sales & Profit:
  • Contribute to the total OMNI customer experience by ensuring visual and commercial curation according to guidelines.
  • Represent H&M positively during customer interactions.
  • Organize and plan workload according to the store activation plan and adapt based on business needs.
  • Launch and maintain global campaigns and sale activities on time according to brand standards.
  • Ensure good garment care, stock levels, and provide input on allocation.
  • Perform sales report (KPIs) follow-up and identify visual and commercial opportunities.
  • Create actions to increase customer satisfaction and reach sales targets.
  • Follow procedures for OMNI services, operational routines, and legal requirements.
• Fashion & Trend Awareness:
  • Stay updated with fashion trends, styles, products, brands, competitors, and influencers.
  • Plan time for fashion and trend awareness to understand trend theory and mood boards.
• Team & Development:
  • Share, inspire, and educate store teams on seasonal changes, trends, and visual information.
  • Coach and develop the team’s visual and commercial skills.
  • Support daily routines and best practices for consistent visual and commercial standards.
  • Develop and coach talents and provide onboarding training.
  • Organize and carry out visual and commercial upskilling.
  • Complete Visual Competencies and Commercial 4 All trainings.
  • Support expansion and store projects.
• Visual & Commercial Execution:
  • Execute visual and commercial curation based on the commercial calendar and trends.
  • Carry out sample picking and ensure clear trends and stories.
  • Secure window and styling execution according to guidelines.
  • Maintain commercial layout and fixtures for customer flow.
  • Balance and maintain price signs according to global strategy.
  • Ensure lighting highlights products and displays.
  • Maintain display forms and interior materials with sustainability in mind.
  • Keep store navigation updated and ensure sufficient POS material.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety in the store.
• Leadership & Operational Responsibilities:
  • Hold operational responsibilities such as opening/closing, cash register, and security protocols.
  • Act as a leader on duty, resolving customer issues and directing team members.
  • Delegate and oversee tasks during shifts.
  • Make decisions on store operations, customer service, and policy enforcement.
  • Balance visual merchandising with operational duties and customer service.

Qualifications

• Fashion interests and leadership skills with visual and commercial experience.
• Knowledge of visual, commercial, and operational best practices.
• Ability to manage and act on sales reports and selling equations.
• Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation: Expected base salary range is $17.33 - $19.92 hourly.
