H&M Sales Advisor - Tysons Corner, VA (Full time)

As a Sales Advisor, you'll provide excellent customer service, guide customers through the store, and actively sell products while offering support and fashion guidance. You'll use your product knowledge to enhance the customer experience and contribute to store operations, including garment care, presentation, and maintaining a clean sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by welcoming, guiding, and assisting customers throughout their in-store and OMNI experience.
• Engage with customers to promote and sell products while sharing fashion trends and relevant product information.
• Actively promote the Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in-store sustainability initiatives.
• Represent H&M positively during all customer interactions and support sales targets with the store management team.
• Stay up-to-date with fashion trends, styles, brands, competitors, and influencers to share knowledge with customers.
• Retain and share service, fashion, and store operations knowledge with colleagues while following all procedures and legal requirements.
• Give and receive feedback to support team development and participate in relevant training and onboarding processes.
• Complete the full garment cycle, including unpacking, refilling, steaming, and ensuring proper garment care.
• Operate fitting rooms and checkout areas according to best practices and processes.
• Maintain a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house, including stockrooms.
• Support garment presentation and maintain attractive merchandise displays according to visual and commercial guidelines.
• Ensure good stock levels through replenishment routines and follow best practices for in-store OMNI services and tech tools (e.g., Instore Care App, Click & Collect, Smart Store).
• Assist with store opening and closing procedures and follow all health and safety guidelines.

• Enjoy working in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
• Sales experience in a dynamic, team-oriented setting, preferably in fashion, retail, or a service-related industry.
• Experience working with customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Pay

Sales Advisors are paid an hourly rate of $17 per hour.
