H&M Sales Advisor- Southpark Mall

As a Sales Advisor, you'll provide excellent customer service, guide customers through the store, and actively sell products while offering support and fashion guidance. You'll use your product knowledge to enhance the customer experience and contribute to store operations, including garment care, presentation, and maintaining a clean sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by welcoming and guiding customers through the store and OMNI experience where available.
• Engage with customers to offer support, share fashion trends, and promote products.
• Actively sell products and promote the Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in-store sustainability initiatives.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fashion trends, products, competitors, and influencers.
• Share service, fashion, and store operations knowledge with colleagues and participate in feedback sessions.
• Follow all store procedures, routines, and legal requirements.
• Complete the full garment cycle, including unpacking, refilling, and steaming, while ensuring proper garment care.
• Operate fitting rooms and checkout areas according to best practices.
• Maintain a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house, including stockrooms.
• Support garment presentation and maintain attractive merchandise displays according to visual and commercial guidelines.
• Ensure good stock levels through replenishment routines on the sales floor.
• Maintain in-store OMNI services and tech tools (e.g., Instore Care App, Click & Collect, Smart Store).
• Assist with store opening and closing procedures.
• Follow all health, safety, and legal guidelines applicable to the role.

Requirements

• Passion for fashion and in-store customer experiences.
• Communicative, creative, curious, and action-oriented with a collaborative mindset.
• Sales experience in a dynamic and team-oriented environment.
• Customer service experience in fashion, retail, or other service-related industries.
• Flexibility, decisiveness, and motivation to deliver excellent service.

Pay

Sales Advisors are paid an hourly rate of $15.50 per hour.
