H&M Sales Advisor - Fashion Outlets of Niagara Falls

As a Sales Advisor, you'll provide excellent customer service, guide customers through the store, and actively sell products while offering support and fashion guidance. You'll use your product knowledge to enhance the customer experience and contribute to store operations, including garment care, presentation, and maintaining a clean sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by welcoming, guiding, and supporting customers throughout their in-store and OMNI experience.
• Engage with customers to offer personalized service, share fashion trends, and promote products.
• Actively sell products and promote the H&M Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and sustainability initiatives.
• Represent H&M positively during all customer interactions.
• Support commercial and operational actions to meet sales targets.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fashion trends, products, competitors, and influencers.
• Share service, fashion, and operational knowledge with colleagues and participate in feedback sessions.
• Complete garment care routines, including unpacking, refilling, and steaming.
• Operate fitting rooms and checkout areas according to best practices.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and back of house, including stockrooms.
• Support garment presentation and maintain attractive merchandise displays according to visual and commercial guidelines.
• Ensure stock levels are maintained through replenishment routines.
• Follow best practices for in-store OMNI services and tech tools (e.g., Instore Care App, Click & Collect, Smart Store).
• Assist with store opening and closing procedures.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and legal requirements applicable to the role.

Requirements

• Passion for fashion and in-store customer experiences.
• Communicative, creative, curious, and action-oriented with a collaborative mindset.
• Sales experience in a dynamic, team-based environment.
• Customer service experience in fashion, retail, or other service-related industries.
• Flexibility, decisiveness, and motivation to deliver excellent service.

Pay

Sales Advisors are paid an hourly rate of $16.50.
