H&M Sales Advisor- Eastwood Mall

As a Sales Advisor, you'll provide excellent customer service, guide customers through the store, and actively sell products while offering support and fashion guidance. You'll use your product knowledge to enhance the customer experience and contribute to store operations, including garment care, presentation, and maintaining a clean sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by welcoming, guiding, and supporting customers throughout their in-store and OMNI experience.
• Engage with customers to offer personalized service, share fashion trends, and promote products.
• Actively sell products and promote the Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in-store sustainability initiatives.
• Represent the H&M brand positively during all customer interactions.
• Support commercial and operational actions to meet sales targets with the store management team.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fashion trends, products, competitors, and influencers to share relevant information with customers.
• Share service, fashion, and store operations knowledge with colleagues and follow all procedures and legal requirements.
• Give and receive feedback to support team development and participate in onboarding, training, and relevant courses.
• Complete the full garment cycle, including unpacking, refilling, steaming, and ensuring proper garment care.
• Operate fitting rooms and checkout areas according to best practices and processes.
• Maintain a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house, including stockrooms.
• Support garment presentation and maintain attractive merchandise displays according to visual and commercial guidelines.
• Ensure good stock levels through replenishment routines on the sales floor.
• Follow best practices for in-store OMNI services and tech tools (e.g., Instore Care App, Click & Collect, Smart Store).
• Assist with store opening and closing procedures.
• Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and legal requirements applicable to the role.

Qualifications

• Passion for fashion and in-store customer experiences.
• Communicative, creative, curious, motivated, flexible, decisive, and action-oriented.
• Enjoy working in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
• Sales experience in a dynamic, team-based setting.
• Experience in customer service within fashion, retail, or other service-related industries.

Pay

Sales Advisors are paid an hourly rate of $13.00 per hour.
