About the role
As a Department Manager, you’ll lead your team to create an inclusive culture that supports collaboration and entrepreneurship. You’ll oversee the operational and visual aspects of your store, ensuring a positive customer experience and aligning with global guidelines. You’ll also manage budgets, sales, and team performance.
Responsibilities
- Customer Sales & Profit
- Represent the H&M brand positively
- Manage sales and budget goals
- Ensure customer service and product knowledge
- Manage department costs efficiently
- Handle administrative tasks
- Manage the fitting room and checkout processes
- Manage the Customer Loyalty App and sustainability initiatives
- Communicate with store colleagues daily and weekly
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage financial and statistical data
- Customer-centric approach
Skills
Knowledge of the fashion industry, trend analysis, and customer interaction skills are essential. You should also be proficient in using in-store technology and maintaining a clean, tidy environment.

Pay
Expected base salary range is $21.39 - $25.24 hourly.
