Gynecology Nurse Practitioner - Locum Tenens

Position Overview: A Gynecology Nurse Practitioner (NP) is needed to provide on-site surgical coverage in a Trauma Level 3 facility. The role involves managing a caseload of 2 to 6 adult gynecological surgeries daily during day shifts, working closely with the surgeon in the operating room. Responsibilities Assist and support gynecological surgical procedures in an on-site OR settingManage daily surgical cases with collaboration from the surgical teamProvide clinical care for adult patients within the surgical environment Qualifications & Skills NP certification; board certification not requiredExperience in gynecology or surgical patient care preferredAbility to work collaboratively with surgeons and support staffNo call coverage required; on-site work only Additional Details: The facility uses Cerner EMR, and clinical workflows are well-established.
