Gynecologic Oncology Clinic & Call Locums Need

About the role

Provide specialized care in gynecologic oncology, including clinic consultations and operating room procedures. Work involves outpatient clinic from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with a 30-minute lunch, and OR shifts starting at 7 or 8 AM until 4 or 5 PM, with 24-hour weekend call coverage.

Responsibilities

• Perform outpatient consultations and manage patient cases
• Conduct surgeries in the operating room as needed
• Participate in weekend call coverage
• Collaborate with support staff to ensure quality patient care

Qualifications

• MD with board certification or eligibility in Gynecologic Oncology
• Licensing through IMLC accepted; PA license preferred

Support

• Support staff includes 2 medical assistants and 3 advanced practice providers
• Support for credentialing and licensing, malpractice coverage, and licensing credentials will be provided

Manage a patient load of 15-20 in-office cases and assist in surgeries as needed. Additional details on procedures and patient load will be shared upon inquiry.
