Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver engaging, age-appropriate gymnastics instruction
- Provide exceptional customer service to participants and families
- Maintain accurate attendance and track student skill development
- Communicate effectively with staff, participants, and parents/guardians
- Lead all scheduled classes in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure a safe, clean, and organized training environment
- Attend all required trainings, meetings, and program events
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Reliable transportation
- Combination of education, experience, or certifications relevant to gymnastics
Preferred Experience
- Managing or supervising a gymnastics or recreational program
- Previous coaching or instructional experience in gymnastics, tumbling, or related sports
Supplemental Information
- May be subject to drug and alcohol testing
- Employment is contingent upon a favorable background check
Work Conditions/Environmental
- Active environment requiring physical movement, spotting athletes, and demonstrating skills
- Exposure to moderate noise levels and high activity areas
- May require standing, walking, bending, and lifting equipment
