About the role
The Little Gym is the world’s premier enrichment and physical development center for children ages 4 months through 12 years. Programs offer children a Springboard to Life’s Adventures by using movement-based learning and imaginative play to help build the confidence and skills needed at each stage of childhood.
Responsibilities
- Teach amazing gymnastics classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (we’ll teach you how!)
- Develop, grow, and maintain a fun and professional work environment for staff
- Share knowledge of all the programs and events we offer
- Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience
- Assist the Gym Director by studying, maintaining, and assessing key business indicators to develop and grow the business in both enrollment and finances
- Answer phone calls, texts, emails, Instaply, voicemail, and walk in inquiries
- Maintain a clean and safe environment by cleaning equipment thoroughly

Skills
- Background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics
- Strong knowledge of gymnastics safety standards, skill progressions, and program development
- Experience developing, implementing, or overseeing gymnastics curriculum and lesson plans
- Ability to lead, train, and mentor coaching staff
