Responsibilities

• Understand the difference between discipline and punishment
• Obtain certifications and trainings in a timely manner
• Attend and lead all classes
• Prepare and distribute report cards after each session
• Adjust and properly handle equipment
• Instruct the principles of sport
• Maintain a safe environment for participants
• Manage children in accordance with YMCA values
• Complete administrative work accurately and timely
• Demonstrate clear verbal communication skills
• Attend all classes and meetings
• Perform equipment maintenance
• Perform all other duties as assigned
