Gymnastics Instructor

About the role

The Little Gym is looking for energetic individuals who love kids, enjoy staying active, and want to create a fun, educational environment. You’ll introduce children to the joy of learning through play, teach classes using our proven curriculum, and provide exceptional customer service to our members.

Responsibilities

• Teach engaging classes based on The Little Gym’s curriculum and teaching methods (training provided).
• Deliver outstanding customer service and create a warm, welcoming experience for members.
• Foster a fun, educational environment for children in every class.
• Treat each class and child as if it’s their first day—every week.
• Build lasting relationships with children and their families in the community.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with children and creating a positive, fun atmosphere.
• Ability to engage with kids and parents—you’re the kind of person both love!
• High-energy, playful personality (think high-fives, acting like a dinosaur, and bringing the fun).
• Background in child development, physical education, or gymnastics is a plus but not required.
• Strong customer service skills—you thrive on making others feel good.
• Ability to balance fun with professionalism when needed.

Pay

$12.00 - $17.00 per hour.

Our programs help kids build confidence, skills, and a love for learning through gymnastics, movement-based activities, and imaginative play.
